nice post. lunges are an excellent exercise, I find that I sometimes give my clients a slight transverse twist with the upper body to really accentuate the directional flow of the glute, quad and hamstring fibers. Nice video though, thanks Crosbys!
Scary to think how much we sit. I would have guessed much more than 50% during the day – I would be really interested to know what it was 5 years ago and what it is predicted to be 5 years from now? Scary stuff indeed.
