		<description>nice post.  lunges are an excellent exercise, I find that I sometimes give my clients a slight transverse twist with the upper body to really accentuate the directional flow of the glute, quad and hamstring fibers.  Nice video though, thanks Crosbys!  :)

Scary to think how much we sit.  I would have guessed much more than 50% during the day - I would be really interested to know what it was 5 years ago and what it is predicted to be 5 years from now?  Scary stuff indeed.</description>
