Your “lessons learned” from years of living a healthy life style would be of great interest to many of your listeners. Since I have already adopted a healthy life style, I would be more interested in hearing about how I might improve or modify my daily routine to get the most benefit for my time. I hope you decide to continue this effort.

I of course like your message and follow that kind of advice. One suggestion might be to cut in video of you talking to the camera with the slides.
This has possibility but I think it’s going to have a steep learning curve. I think you need to be clear about who the intended audience is. Right now it looks like this would be best for workplaces and the like who are promoting Fitness Rocks as part of their Wellness programs.
You are talking too slowly in the video, probably trying to time it with the slides. But remember how fast paced everything is nowadays. You could probably flash the numbers up and down and just talk normally. Though the graphics quality is good, the presentation as a whole still looks a bit 90’s PowerPoint–that’s the part that is going to be an issue, I think. Do you want to devote the time to learning video such that you can make this look much better?
