Can you really lose weight working out 25 minutes a day?

I can assure you these beach body programs are the real deal because I do them personally. I started out doing p90x years ago and I am done the focus T25 program as one of my workouts to get in shape for cycling season to drop some weight over the winter. Update: 1/21/2016: I am currently doing a combination of T25, p90x3 and even PiYo throughout the week this winter to use the programs as part of my training program to do triathlons this summer.
I’m using them different than most but I want to state that I own these programs and I do them. Why Did These People Do T25?
The T25 programs are short and sweet at 25 minutes with a few more extra minutes of stretching after you complete the workout.

Shaun T will work you now, so you have to go into it knowing that. He will have you busting out cardio right away in dvd1 and your heart will be pumping 2 minutes into it. The workout routines do include jumping moves so make sure this is what you are after in your workout.
If you are worried about that, follow the modified version until you have the confidence to follow the rest of the crew in the more advanced exercises. Meal Eating Plan
There is a meal plan included and a special 5 day fast track guide you will have to guide you along in what to eat and how often. You can of course follow your own eating plan, but I really recommend that you get on board with what they are recommend unless you are already doing really well in this area.
It will help your succeed in the long run. Take the time to read through the guides and please take the time to plan out your meals. It takes a bit of time at first but once you get through it the first time it gets easier the following weeks. The cardio is a fat burning machine but the meal plan is just as important to stick to to have the best weight loss results possible. Do not skip this part. Trust me you will not regret it.
