I (Monte Ladner) am not going to intentionally share the personal information you provide when subscribing to the Fitness Rocks Podcast or purchasing products from the Fitness Rocks website with any third party. I have no control over what other websites, like PayPal, Lulu, Moodle, Amazon, or any other website I link to from FitnessRocks, do with your personal information when you purchase products or subscriptions through their services.
There are lots of computer hackers on the internet doing bad things and stealing personal data for criminal purposes – and I do not know how to stop them. It is possible that information you provide at the FitnessRocks website , or at the websites linked to from the FitnessRocks website, could be intercepted by parties I am unaware of. In such a case I am not responsible for what happens to your personal information.
You should be aware that I (Monte Ladner) built the Fitness Rocks website using a free WordPress platform, a free WordPress theme, and free “plugins” for WrodPress themes that were all downloaded from the internet. It is possible that some of this free third party software has embedded functions that are intended for purposes that I am unaware of – like stealing your personal data. I (Monte Ladner) am not responsible for any software functions that could possibly be embedded in the software I used to build Fitness Rocks by the original developers and that is intended for purposes, such as stealing your personal data, for their own use.

This Privacy Statement sets forth our current privacy practices with regard to the information we collect when you or your computer interact with our website. I (Monte Ladner) have built the FitnessRocks website using free WordPress software, a free WordPress theme, and free “plugins” for WordPress themes. All of this software has been downloaded from the internet and it is possible that there are functions embedded in some of this software that I am unaware of and that is intended for purposes that I do not intend – like stealing personal data on people who visit FitnessRocks or purchase products or subscriptions from FitnessRocks. You should be aware that I am not a webdesigner and I have used third party, free software, to build this website and therefore I am unaware of the intentions and practices of the people who designed and provided this software.

Related services and offerings with links from this website, including vendor sites, have their own privacy statements that can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding links within each respective website. However, since we do not have direct control over the policies or practices of participating merchants and other third parties, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of those sites. FitnessRocks collects certain information from and about its users three ways: directly from our Web Server logs, the user, and with Cookies.

When you visit our Website, we may track information to administer the site and analyze its usage. Examples of information we may track include:
