21 Day fix is a great program for anyone. The author did a great job teaching people how to eat with portions and she’s an awesome personal trainer. My wife just loves her. I personally like how she is talking throughout the routines instructing you along the way. Most of the time I don’t even look up to see what she’s doing it’s so good.
