For those of you how landed here looking for more information about what the workout looks like I’ll give you a brief run down on what to expect and who this is really for. You can jump right to the Master Hammer & Chisel Review here as well.

I have done nearly all the major beachbody.com workouts. So, I am very familiar with how much fun and challenging these workouts can be. With the Master Hammer and Chisel Workout program you can expect to work your butt off. This is definitely not a program where you want to jump into if you have not been working out for a while.

If you are beginner with little weight lifting experience this is really not the program to start out on. You will need to have experience lifting with free weights or dumbbells.Even though they do a great job at leading you through the workout, it’s assumed you have had previous experience doing these type of exercises.

With that said you would be better off doing one of the following programs to start out with:
Hammer and Chisel Testimonial results
1.Focus T25 Workouts – is a cardio program with no weights. It’s 25 minutes and very challenging.
2. 21 Day fix Workouts – This is great for beginners as you do weight lifting and you are taught portion control eating which is done in the master hammer workout.
3. PiYo Workouts – great for anyone! It’s pilates and yoga with no crazy jumping. It’s fun and the instructor is awesome.
4. Bodybeast Workouts – this is for people who love lifting regular weights but wants a plan that to follow that flat out works. I love this one personally because of the free weight exercises.

I am a personal fan of the beachbody.com workouts. I have been for years. There is such a variety out there that you can definitely find a workout that will work for you if this workout is not something you are after.
