PiYO: Sweat DVD Will have You Covered in Sweat

Below I did a breakdown of what you can expect to do during the PiYO: Sweat Video. This is a full body workout designed to burn calories, shred fat and tone muscle using yoga exercises, pilates, pushups and regular old school lunges.  It’s a nice fast paced video where Chalene has you busy the whole time, thus the reason she named it Sweat. 🙂

Don’t fear anything though it is beginner friendly and she coaches you really well throughout the whole video. You will love the workout once you are done and it’s something you can definitely squeeze it in before or after work without much interfere of your regular schedule.  Like T25 it’s time sensitive so that you get in and get out while having a kick butt workout!
