You are here looking to validate the P90x3 program and to see the results other people are getting by doing it. That is awesome because you always worry about the TV Infomercials and wonder if they are a scam or not. I can assure you that they are not a scam first off.
The company Beach Body has been in the fitness market for many years. A few of their most popular programs are Insanity max 30, 21day fix, Body Beast and Focus T25. They are backed up some of the best fitness experts in the industry. I Personally started out with their original P90x workout program several years ago. It was something that I would consistently do once or twice a year. So, I was excited to see this new version come out that was a shorter version. What If You Are Not Getting Results With the P90x 3 Program?
Ok, this section is for those of you doing the program and you are frustrated not seeing any results with the program. So, let me ask you a few questions and honestly ask yourself if you are being true to yourself.
1. The first 30 days are tough! Are you giving everything you got during the workouts? If you lolly gag around and think you are going to see a big drop in weight and see muscle tone then you are setting yourself up for failure. If that is the case wipe the dirt off, pick yourself back up and just go after it. Don’t make it complicated. They made it 30 minutes long so anyone could do it. Just Bring it!
2. Are you Following the nutrition guide? In that first month you are likely to confuse the hell out of your body if you have not been eating right. Stick with it. It takes a good 21 days to break through and it will be worth it. Consistency is everything here. Have fun with it too. Don’t make this a daily chore. It’s a life style change we are after so focus on changing your mind and attitude about eating healthy.
One of the things that I do when I’m really serious about dropping weight is to find the right balance of carbs, fat and protein per meal. Once I find meals that hit it right on the nose I seriously just eat them over and over for the week. Yeah it’s boring but it is simple and there are no questions that I have the right balance. You are shooting for (30% protein / 40% carbs / 30% fat) generally speaking. I like to use the myftinesspal app to track everything.
3. Last but not least make sure you are allowing your body to recover. Amazing things happen when you sleep. Your body does miraculous things helping your muscles build back up. So don’t try to run on 4-5 hours a sleep. Get in a good 7-8 hours if you can pull it off.

So, now matter where you are at take a deep breath and take it all in. Keep life simple and take one day at a time. If you are consistent you will see the results!
