Out of all the beachbody workout programs this turned out to be one of my favorites. I loved T25, p90x3, 21 day fix and PIYO don’t get me wrong but this one really tapped into my love to throw around real weight and see strength results in the gym. The calendars will give you an idea of what the workout pattern is like based on your goal of getting lean or bulking up. If you have not purchased it, I would suggest looking at it here. I had incredible strength gains in the first 4 and 8 weeks. I also dropped 4% body fat in the first 4 weeks alone.

Protein Supplement For Recovery
Now that you have the download to go get after it in the gym, don’t forget to use a protein drink for recovery and to hit your daily protein count. You can roughly figure 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. If you are not hitting your daily intake you are really wasting time. You will not get the results you want, by not giving your body the protein it needs to recover and build muscle.
This is what Bodybeast is all about. Getting ripped, huge or straight up lean! If you don’t fuel your body with the right stuff expect average results. Along with that I would also add a creatine supplement, pre-workout supplement or a testosterone supplement to really jack up your workouts. That stuff is just freaking magic when it comes to a pump and helping you get through extra reps and sets.
