P90X3 Review – Best 30 Minute All Body Workout

P90X3 Review

Best 30 Minute All Body Workout

Overview P90x3 is for everyone no matter what stage of your life you are in without the grueling 90 minute original workouts of P90x! It's for for busy people who want to get in a super focused strength and fat burning workout in 30 minutes.

  • Workout is only 30 Minutes long
  • Can do it if you have not worked out in a while
  • Not as hard as the original P90x
  • All the Body Parts
  • Nutrition Plan included
  • Anyone can start and complete this program
  • Beginner Friendly!

Most of you landing here will have just saw an infomercial on TV about P90x3 or you have had friends tell you about it. I know you are wondering if this is b.s., does it work and if it does, can I actually do it? What's in it for me and what do I have to do. Don't worry, I have personally done p90x, p90x2 and now p90x3. I'm going to explain the differences in them as I give this p90x3 review below.

Tony took everything he learned from years of doing p90x, listened to busy people like you and me and crammed it all into 30 minutes of pure awesomeness! I would not blink an eye at recommending this to anyone at any fitness level based on the program that I have just went through.

Yes you work and it requires you to have some dumbbells around, but you can literally start this out of shape and really have great success with this at home workout program by Tony Horton. Honestly, I did this after the focus t25 program.

It was a nice change because I really did miss the weight training that p90x3 has that focus 25 does not. You get to do yoga, pilates, legs, back, biceps, triceps and of course abs through out the whole week.

It was just great to hit everything and not have to do cardio every single day. Anyways, it just fit what I personally wanted which was to get in shape and not have to kill myself doing it.

P90x3 is Way Different Than P90x!

P90x3 - Best 30 Minute Workout

The Goal of the Brand New: P90X3 Getting Ripped - Losing Weight - Burning Fat - Minimal Time

The 3rd iteration of this unique 30 minute workout is already being called "the best" of them all by many people -- both industry experts and real world wide customers.

It's based around 30-minute routines and incorporates a wide variety of exercise styles, including body weight strength training, plyometrics, mixed martial arts (MMA), yoga, and even Pilates. The goal is to combine several of the most effective forms of exercise and use constant "muscle confusion" to transform the body as quickly, efficiently, and easily as possible.

Obviously there are many questions surrounding the new system...

  • How similar is it to the others?
  • Must you work through the first two to be able to use the third?
  • How much new equipment is needed to perform the workouts?
  • Are the workouts really just half an hour in total?
  • Are the grueling 90-minute yoga workouts included?
  • ...and many, many more.

In this review we'll try to answer some of the most common questions regarding P90X3. Hopefully, this information will help you decide if it's really worth investing your time and money into the new generation of P90 workouts...

The History Of The Old P90x Program

P90X, the home workout system that revolutionized the fitness industry in the mid-2000's. Developed by Beachbody and fitness expert Tony Horton, it made high-intensity exercise something even middle-aged soccer moms do on a regular basis.

The award-winning P90X infomercial became one of the most recognizable forms of advertising on late-night television.

By combining proven strategies for rapid fat loss and quick muscle building, the "Power 90 Extreme" system was able to deliver amazing results in just 3 short months. Intense body-weight cross-training, sports exercise periodization, a solid nutrition plan, and high quality supplementation -- all popular bodybuilding techniques -- were incorporated into the product.

p90x3 results guy testimonial

Over 4 million bought the original P90X system (including myself) and several other versions followed: P90X Plus, P90X One on One, and P90X2. The follow-ups weren't nearly as popular as the original, for various reasons. One common complaint was that the workouts were too long -- about an hour in most cases.

Many people simply don't have the time or desire to exercise intensely for 60 - 90 minutes, several times per week! P90x was also really hard to be quiet honest. Even though I had done it multiple times, in shape might I add, it was brutal. I used it to get in shape to play competitive softball and to do triathlons.

I even had my buddy who played college football doing it and he thought it was tough as hell. The good news is that if you put P90X VS. P90X3 you can say that p90x3 is WAY EASIER AND SHORTER, but delivers fat burning and ripped results!

This makes P90x3 doable for anyone not just athletes or people already in shape.

If you failed p90x, P90x3 is probably right for you now

I'm Sure some of you have tried P90x before and could not finish it because it was so hard and the time commitment was so demanding.

Tony Horton took this to heart and went back to the drawing board with the Beachbody fitness experts. They ran 100's of Tests With People Of All Age Groups and Fitness Levels until they finally broke through with something brand new.

They were finding that the test group participants that followed the 90 day program were dropping a 1/3 of their body fat and it was 30 minutes less than the original p90x 60 minute program! This could be you as it is easy to follow and has everything laid out for you to succeed in the privacy of your home.

And these were men and women of all ages and fitness levels, just regular people like you and me.

My Story - Who Am I

If you are new here, my name is Eric Ellis, I'm a long-time athlete and fitness fanatic. I have to stay in shape otherwise my back issues show up and I just love to workout end of story. I started sports when I was 5 years old and have not stopped doing it 43 years later. I'm pretty dang busy so the works I do have to be safe, quick and extremely effective.

This is why I'm currently doing P90x3 and giving you my honest review of it. "If you have been here to my blog before, you know I believe in fitness and nutrition. I work on both of those areas of my life each and every day. I am just a regular guy, not some personal trainer or fitness guru. I work a very stressful job full-time, stay active with my finance and her kids daily."

That does not leave me much time to work out. (Sound familiar?)

You also know this is a "No B.S. Zone." I will tell you everything I experience with workout programs, good and bad. I loved P90X and P90X2. The workouts were long and hard, but I was rewarded with awesome results.

That is why I picked up P90X3 with out any doubts in my mind. After I bought the original P90X years ago, I became a Beach Body workout fan. The thing works, and gave me the results I was looking for, unlike so many other exercise programs I had bought in the past.

My Personal P90x and P90x3 Experience.. What I Call The "Lunch Break" Workout 🙂

Workout out at home

I have personal done p90x several times over the years. I know how damn hard it is and what it feels like the first month trying to keep up. So, when I bought p90x3 I had my reservations about it. Once I finished the first workout I was just pumped! Hell I could even walk afterwards, which if you have done p90x Plyo you would relate to that comment because it was insane.

The beauty of it, is that I was done working out, showered and on my way back to work within 30 minutes. It was the perfect workout to do over lunch!

I literally go home, travel time 5 minutes, workout for 30 minutes, shower in 5 and then had back to work to complete this over lunch. This is just my thing though. I like to have my workout either early morning before work or during lunch so I can guarantee it will get done.

All too often I push it to after work and something comes up with the kids or the wife has me running errands... lol etc... before you know it, my workout window is gone! do what is best for you of course by my whole point is this rocks, it's effective and it's 30 minutes!

Anyways, I thought I would share my review of the product and cut straight through the crap so you can decide if this is right for you. If you are anxious to see it at beachbody's official site you can get your new workout dvd here at there site.

Why Would You want to do P90x3?

After using P90X and Insanity in the off-season to train for triathlons and now I recently doing P90X3 here is what I would say.

4 things got my attention right away that you will want to know up front too:

30 minute Workout

1 – Only 30 minutes a day – This was big for me. Like I said, I have a very demanding job, probably like you do. Knowing that just 30 minutes a day, if I pushed myself, I can see the results I was looking for. I knew I could do that.

2 – No questions asked 90 day money back guarantee – The program takes 90 days, and there is a 90 day guarantee. That made a lot of sense to me. You can work out the whole entire program before you decide it is right for you. That's awesome.

3 – The producers of the program are honest, they tell you have to put in the work – This is important to me. As someone into yoga, strength training, competitive softball, cross fit training and just about everything to do with nutrition and fitness, I do not believe in that "magic button" garbage that some fitness products try to sell you. You actually have to put in some effort, and I am always willing to do that. You probably believe this too.

4 – It was affordable – 3 easy payments, and express shipping thrown in for free. That appealed to me. I could make the first payment, workout for 30 days, check my results and to see whether I wanted to continue. I mentioned the free express shipping. I do not know where you live, but this can cost anywhere from $15 to $25 or so. I like the fact that they got the product to me as quickly as possible, and they paid, not me.

5 - My lower back was strong as an ox after this. I struggled with back issues for years because of a sports injury. So when I get out of shape the chiro appointments start and the pain shows up. When I did this program, I knew it was hitting the right lower back muscles to strengthen my inner core (Transversus and Multifidus muscles.) This was huge for me because I was doing the exercises doctors had me doing over the years to avoid back surgery.

6 - I was able to get some free weights again. I didn't want to do it all cardio. I get bored with it. This was a great mix

Is There A Schedule To Follow?

Do you have trouble keeping up with a workout schedule of your own? All of us have been there. You get motivated to get in the gym. Your are all fired up and about week 2 or 3 you hit a wall. You stop seeing progress, excuses start to take over why you could not get your workout in and bam! You are back on the bench again not getting anywhere frustrated as hell.

Well, the beauty of all beachbody programs is that they have a built in schedule for you to follow. It's all laid out. All you do is waked up, get your gear on, look at p90x3 workouts schedule to see which workout to do and put the dvd in for the day. It's Only 30 Minutes guys. If you can not commit to 30 minutes then don't buy p90x3 and save yourself money.

You Are Truly the Only One Who Can Change Your Life. It All Starts with You and I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT. You can also buy the p90x app to use on your phone as well. It is not required though but it does come in handy for those guys who are techie and cannot live without their phone to organize their life.

Types of P90 X3 Schedules

There are actually four type of schedules you can follow and I’ll describe them below.

  1. CLASSIC – This is for people who really want a balanced routine where you focus on both cardio and strength training using a traditional workout week. You will gain muscle, lose fat and strengthen all those inner connection muscles for great posture and balance.
  2. LEAN – This is for those that want that more toned looked. You are not really interested in putting on muscle. You focus on mobility, flexibility, toning muscle and cardio.
  3. MASS – It says it all, you are here to bulk up and pack on muscle. Great for anyone one feeling too skinny, athletes needing to pack on muscle. You will need to follow the nutrition guide closely so you are eating the right amount of calories to gain weight. You also need to focus on the reps and sets. Make sure you are maximizing your effort and slow down.
  4. DOUBLES – Well, this well only be for a few people, to be absolutely honest. You need to finish p90X3 at least once. Then you start it again. You will seriously be working your butt off twice a day.

(Personal warning from me to you! > If you are not careful you could easily over-train if you just start out with the Doubles schedule.)

What Equipment Do I Need?

p90x3 equipment

Ok, you will definitely need a set of resistance bands or dumbbells. If you have an adjustable dumbbell you will be set. I personally have the old school iron dumbbells so I ended up using 5 lbs through 45 lbs. It all depends on how strong you are.

For women I could see you needing a 3lb and 5lb weight for some of the triceps exercises and shoulder exercises you will be doing. I personally had to use 10lb dumbbells on some of the shoulder exercises. With that said when you buy the program make sure you pick up resistance bands if you do not own a pair or you do not have dumbbells at home.

The other advice I would give you is to use shoes that are neutral. So, most running shoes help with pronation or over-pronating. Basically they build up the shoe on the inside or outside. Long story short it makes it hard to land going side to side in some of the drills because the sole is not meant for that. It's mean to help you correct your running.

That is why I'm suggesting to use a neutral shoe or even something like a cross fit shoe that is totally flat. It made one hell of a difference once I switched out of my running shoes to the new balance minimus shoes. You literally stick when you jump side to side versus me rolling in my shoe. They are not necessary but will make one heck of a difference.

Ok is P90x3 Effective ?

p90x3 testimonials

Case study after case study shows that the most dramatic transformation happens in your body in the first thirty minutes of your workout. So, Horton actually built off what he learned in P90x using Muscle Confusion, Added in Muscle Integration he came up with in p90x2 and then just killed it with Muscle Integration in P90x3.

Those 3 techniques were smoothly worked into a results producing kick butt 30 minute workout! In beachbody's test group the results were mind blowing to say the least. Group participants were losing over 1/3 of their body fat.

You would expect that out of the old 60 minute p90x workouts but dang this is only 30 minutes! Tony just struck Gold baby and we get to benefit from it all!

What do people love most about P90X3?

The most common answer you get when people talk about what they love about P90X3 is how short it is. It’s 30 minutes packed full of pure awesomeness. You can fit this into a busy schedule, before work at lunch or even after work before dinner. No excuses here, it’s effective and fast. So, just do it. 🙂

The other comment is that the outstanding results the program is putting out for only doing 30 minute workouts. That alone tells you that you do not have to be in the gym for 90 minutes every day to get toned, lose weight and get stronger. Let's Summarize The Top 8 Things to Know About the P90X3 workout descriptions

But each DVD includes optional extended warm ups (called “Cold Start” sessions) and cool downs, which can add another 12 to 18 minutes to the total time. Most people will greatly benefit by not skipping these sections, especially the warm ups, because it will increase the benefits of the main workouts and decrease the risks of injury.

The Bottom Line: Try P90X3?

If you’re looking for a practical 30 minute per day workout system for rapid weight loss, body strengthening, and/or muscle mass building, the new P90X3 is an option I recommend. I am using it myself, and it works, plain and simple. A lot of expert knowledge and experience went into the creation of this system, and that becomes obvious as you work your way through it. p90x3 package contents

  1. I am curious about the abb workout (abb ripper 349)in p90X. I've completed p90X a number of times in the last 5 years, I'm worried about not having abb ripper as apart of the package. Can I use the disk from the original to offset the absence of one in 3?

    1. Mike that is a great workout and you can use that whenever you want. Please note that P90x3 is 30 minutes long and you will find it easier than P90x. So, I'm not sure what you goal is here but if you are looking for a change this will be great. If you are looking for something harder this won't be it. You might be better off with beachbody on demand workouts I talk about here so you can try all the workouts.

    1. I actually use resistance bands if I can't do pull-ups. Doing an bent over rows like you are suggesting would work too but it puts your back in a bad position. So just be-careful.

  2. Hi Eric,

You mentioned dumbbells are needed. In the bigger P90X3 packages, there are a few workout tools included, but no dumbbells. Are the included tools OK, or are dumbbells a must ?

    1. You could do single arm dumbbell pulls that would work your back muscles if that is all you have. Best of luck!

    1. You will see them use it all the time. You can use resistance bands instead if you don't have one.

  3. Wondering your thoughts on needing shakeology to get the results advertised or is a healthy, well balanced diet enough to get results?

    1. It's not necessary. I can tell you my wife loves it and has been taking it daily for almost a year and a half now. It literally gets everything you need in your diet for the day. For me personally, I'm not a fan of it. I buy ON protein and some greens mix to mix each morning instead.

  4. I am 57 years old with knees issues (reverse patella syndrome) and a shoulder (rotator cuff with 4 screws). Is this program doable and can I work around the joint issues I mentioned?

    1. you will be doing some shoulder exercises in this and push ups. You could always skip those. He does have a few plyometric exercises in there too where you are jumping side to side. I would skip those too. It's an all body workout for beginners and it literally only takes 30 minutes. You will need a few dumbbells to get the workout done. So, keep that in mind too.

  5. I'm may try to go back to X3, but I found myself going back to X in the past because I felt like the results weren't as noticeable with X3. I also workout super early in the morning…like 0430 early. At that time of day I absolutely have to add in the extra warm up session which is 15+ min long. So in the end, I'm doing 45 min of X3 and not getting the results I remember getting from X in 60. That said, I feel pretty out of shape and will likely kick off with X3 just so I don't try to go too hard and injure myself. As a former high school and collegiate athlete, it is sometimes hard to take it easy now that I'm older.

    1. Hey Todd man can I relate with your situation. I have a huge issue with behaving and taking it slow. We were branded to never to that growing up in sports. 🙂 X3 is definitely easier and meant for a beginner or to ease back into working out. Starting with X3 will get you pass the soreness and it's easy to get it in. After 4-6 weeks you might want to switch out to something harder. Depending on your goal here, you might want to look at bodybeast given your sport background. Man I just love that dang program. You won't believe how fast you see strength gains in it and muscle growth. It's a ton of fun getting back to old school weight lifting. Let me know how it goes. I do have other programs I do that are not beachbody you might like.

  6. I just had twins (C-section) and I really wanna tighten all that muscle back up. I've tried the p90x which was tuff but manageable.. now 4 kids later I definitely need less time well at least till I get into a better routine… One.. will it help tone those muscles even tho I was sliced and diced lol and 2 If I get the basic one to start with is there any way to upgrade later on?

    1. Hey Angelica, diet is going to be your biggest challenge to really tighten that area up. I would suggest 21 day fix in this case. Workouts are short and it has a 21 day meal plan to help you zero in on what you are personally after. She's an awesome trainer too and a mom who gets it. Once you do that a few times you can then switch up to the extreme version.

  7. And yes I have done t25 and too have seen results and have lost 1-2.5 inches but very slowly and lost of my weight and inches was not up to the mark I desired for, so can u please help me and guide me something that’s really affective and will help me lose 3-4 inches off my thigh and help me lose inches off my waist and belly too? I also don’t take supplements and shakeology. So please suggest me a workout plan that would help me achieve results asap and wouldn’t require shakeology for results.

  8. Hi. I have done a number of programs including t25, extreme fix, insanity max 30, hard corps(which I wasn’t a fan of) , and now body shred with Jillian Michaels. I have seen results with all of the workout except extreme 21 and hard corps. Max 30 was amazing but only good for summer bc it’s such an intense workout. I am almost done with body shred which is circuit training and I really loved it and saw great results. My question to you is will p90x3 help keep my results? I do not want bulk!

    1. Jessica, p90x3 is going to be to easy for you compared to the programs you just did. I wouldn’t recommend buying it for you since you have the others. You might as well save your money and run back through body shred again when you are done.

  9. Did Ed in the video do Classic or Lean? He didn’t look bulked up and looked really toned. That’s kinda my goal. I am 192 lbs and 5′ 7″.

  10. I havent exercised a lot in a while so im wondering if this workout will be ok for me? I have done pilates once a week for a yr but im looking to increase the amount i workout. Im looking to reduce my bodyfat (currently around 27%) but increase muscle also. I dont really need to lose ‘weight’ as i am a healthy weight. Just want to change my body composition to look more lean and ‘toned’. Should i do my pilates class on a day off from the p90x3 or on a workout day? Thanks! 🙂

    1. Hey Sarah thanks for reaching out. This is a great program to start out fresh with if you haven’t been in the gym for a while. It is beginner friend as well and focuses on your whole body. It is all about putting on lean muscle as well and comes with a meal plan to follow. It also includes a Pilates dvd I just love and a Yoga dvd. So, you will continue to do the same workout you have been doing but with a new set of exercises to challenge ya. It is helpful to have a small set of dumbbells for the workout. Now the other one I think you would love is the yoga/pilates piyo program here that is great to tone up with. My wife loves this one. Hope this explains it a bit more. Let me know if I can help more!

  11. I may be choosing X3 due to the 30 min workouts.
If I do X3 in the morning can I get away with 3 evening boxing classes and not hinder gains?
The boxing is only 30 min each of heavy bag training.
P90X would take too much time.
Lastly, does X3 provide equal results
    to the oniginal?
    Thanks!

    1. Hey Josh, what is your goal here? If you are doing boxing classes 3 times a week, I would consider that endurance type cardio training. P90x3 is a beginner friendly and works all of your body parts. It is meant for people who are crunched for time, would like something easier to do than p90x without the 60-90 minute workouts. If you are looking for pure strength training or muscle gains, this is not it. I would highly recommend bodybeast for that. If you are looking for toning up, building muscular endurance, strengthing all those connector muscles to become rock solid, then p90x3 would be a great choice. I don’t think I answered your question entirely. Feel free to give a bit more information on what you are after and I would be more than willing to help out.

  12. Hi Eric, I have done P90X3 in the pass and have seen results. I did have a baby a year ago and desperately want to lose my last 15 lbs. I don’t have much time on my hands since I’m back to work now. I really enjoyed P90X3 for toning but now want to lose weight. Do you think if I do the classic, it will help me achieve my weight lost goal? How effective is the eating plan that comes with it?

    1. Since you have P90x3 already I would start that up again. It’s a great all around program that works everything safely. The 15 lbs will come off with doing that and buckling down on your nutrition. The nutrition guide can do the trick if you follow it. Most people don’t take the time to sit down and go through it, in which case they don’t see the results. My wife loved the Piyo program that you might like if you want to buy something new. Feel free to email me on my contact page if you want more questions. Congrats by the way on the new beautiful baby!

  13. Hi Eric,
I just completed 90 days of the original p90x, and I love my results, so I don’t want to lose them!
Depending on how much time I have, I’m willing to keep it up part time 3-4 days a week. (Is that enough?)
My main question is however if I should continue with part time p90x exercises, or if I should switch over to doing part time p90x3 exercises? My main goal is to maintain muscle mass/weight/fitness level, but getting even more fit wouldn’t bother me either lol
    Thank you,
    Sarah

    1. Sarah that is awesome you completed p90x! Man it’s been years since I did that, but I remember how hard it was which is why I say incredible job!
Heading into maintenance mode for while is not a bad thing and 3-4 times a week is perfect. You won’t be burning as many calories on a daily basis like you where to just keep a tight watch on your nutrition to balance it out. Get your carbs in before and after workouts so they get used for energy and recovery. So, no reason to spend extra money for a new program. Using your existing p90x videos works just fine. If you go with something new, you’ll want to look at Insanity Max:30 or the 21 day fix extreme program based on where you are at.

  14. Eric: I’m about halfway through P90X3 and loving it. Taking longer than I though due to some medical setbacks. Wanted to know if you had some info you can share about the AB RIpper X, Complex Upper and Complex Lower DVDs before I purchase them. I’m really looking for a good ab workout and was wondering if this was any good based on your experience. Thanks again for the advice!

    1. I personally like the Ab RipperX, if you have the extra cash order it. Otherwise doing the yoga, Pilates dvds hits your abs really well. Are you wanting to really go after the 6 pack or looking to strengthen them more? There are some simple additions you can ad if you like. I like weighted crunches with a dumbbell. Good old fashion 45 degree leg raises and oblique twists with a dumbbell or medicine ball. If you want something more detailed email me or reply back here. Oh yeah the upper and lower are extra workouts for the upper and lower body. If you can get them in a combo for cheap I would go for it, otherwise I would not spend the money on them. You could easily add more sets into your routine you are doing and save the money.

  15. I think Body Beast might wear me out for the MA.
How far behind BB is P90X3 in the muscle gains department?
The only possible way to do BB is to cut my MA practice to once weekly and do it in place of beast cardio.
    Think that would work?

    1. I wouldn’t give up the one thing you really love for BB or P90x3. 🙂 You are in a catch 22, because it’s really hard to be training for muscular endurance and strength gains at the same time. Usually you want to pack on muscle and then cut up. It is one of the things I was frustrated with triathlons. I had to focus on one or the other or really dominate one and work in the other a little bit. So, with P90x3 or BB you could do what you suggested. BB is really focused on building strength and packing on muscle. P90x3 can be tweaked doing the doubles schedule or classic schedule and you go with moderate to heavier weight for the sets. Hit me up on email and we can talk more if you like. The contact us page will go directly to my email and I’ll respond in more detail there.

  16. Response appreciated.
I am looking foe a program to supplement my Martial Arts workouts.
Something that will add some muscle and strength without over taxing me for my twice weekly classes which run an intense 90 non stop minutes.
Will X3 work as well as P90X?

    1. Jake how long does it take you to recover from you 90 minute session? Day or two? You are in a similar position I am with my cycling. P90x3 is only 30 minutes and will work your whole body. Given what you are doing right now, I honestly think you could do it easily with your current workout schedule. You could work the schedule out so you don’t hammer your legs on your main workout days so yo are fresh. The rest of the workouts would be great for upper body strength. The yoga and pilates would compliment your flexibility needed in your MA workouts. If you want to really get serious about putting on some muscle and building strength, I would do the body beast program. My gains on this are incredible. You will have to be-careful with the leg routine. Odds are high you will be sore the first week. If you can push through it though and get into the 2nd week knowing you will be sore for your other workouts, you will rebound quick and really start to enjoy it. Hit me up on email if you want more info or to see some of my sheets where I show my gains with bodybeast.

  17. Thank you Tony Horton for designing this awesome 30 minute workout. I am a busy mom and love the quick but very beneficial workout. I not only feel better, I look better and have a lot more energy. Anyone can do it! I beg you to please make another 30 minute cardio/ weight program ( P90x3 II). I’m hooked.

  18. Appreciate the honest review and advice. I just finished P90 and lost 17 lbs! Lost inches in my waist and belly while increasing size of biceps, triceps and in the legs as well. Just started week 1 of the Classic version of P90X3. Really liking it for all the reasons you highlighted. Thanks again

    1. Dave if you did p90 you will like p90x3 for sure. You will find the 30 minutes works out perfect and you don’t have trouble finding time to do it. I really enjoy the yoga and look forward to it where p90x I was dang I like it but it’s so daaaaaaaang long! Love to hear the results man. After this you should try bodybeast. It’s probably my favorite at this point.

  19. Thanks for your review! My husband and I did p90x back in 2012 pre-kids and now looking to get back into a steady workout routine. The only issue now is time for us since having 2 small kids so we felt this would be perfect for us. Starting p90x3 today!

    1. Ha definitely one of the reasons I wanted this as well is so as a busy dad with 2 kids I could squeeze this in any time. I’m sure you will like it and let me know how it goes.

  20. This is one of my favorite goto workouts. Its easy to fit in my schedule I can mix it up and do different routines based on other workouts I’m doing and it’s fun.

  21. It’s nearly impossible to find educated people about this topic, but you
seem like you know what you’re talking about!
    Thanks
