A good interview, Dr Monte. And one that I’ve taken to heart, making sure that I’ve not gone below 20g carbs a day – I do need a functioning brain! Thanks.
Honestly, I can’t believe the argument over the low/no carb diet persists. You need whole grains, fruits, etc. in your diet. To me, that’s a no-brainer.
