Construction and Drive System
It has a 25 lb flywheel, a 20″ stride and a front drive, and the motion is smooth and low-impact. The steel frame and dual short-track wheels are rated for 350 lb.
The pedals are cushioned and adjust to three positions, and there are several places to grip. It also has cooling fans and a water bottle holder.

Resistance and Incline
Resistance is magnetic (eddy-current) with 20 levels, and it’s quiet. The power incline also has 20 levels, so you can shift the work toward your glutes, quads or calves and change it in the middle of a workout.
